RETURN POLICY

At LaBella Hair Extensions, LLC. we maintain a very high level of quality. Every package of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of HAIR are final and we will not accept fraudulent returns that can be verified by our manufacturer that they are not LaBella Hair Extensions hair but the hair product of another hair company. If LaBella Hair Extensions, LLC. by its own discretion decides to approve a return, the buyer agrees to a 20% restock fee on all returned items..

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY LaBella Hair Extensions, LLC.

EXCHANGE POLICY

LaBella Hair Extensions, LLC. at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  1. Requests must be made within 4 business days of receipt of product. Any exchange request after 4 business days will not be honored.
  2. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, conditioned, combed, dyed, cut or washed) in any way.
  3. Federal law states that no one can resell hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the packaging. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health requirement.
  4. Hair products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.

In order to process any exchange, the unwanted hair product needs to be shipped back to our office at your expense. We suggest you send through a shipping carrier that provides a tracking information and delivery confirmation because we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product is received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused in its original condition and can be verified that it is indeed a LaBella Hair Extensions product, we will exchange the product for another product of equal or greater value.
